Exchanges & Returns

You always have 30 days of open purchase with us. Please note whether you have chosen PostNord or Budbee as an agent when making your return. You will find all the information you need to make your return in the return form that came with your delivery.

We do not have traditional exchanges. For an exchange, you return the item you don't want and place a new order via our website. You can see the current price at checkout.

Important information about our return conditions:

Our return shipping costs are:

1-3 caps in return = SEK 40, 4 Euro, 40 Dk
4-5 caps in return = SEK 60, 6 Euro, 60 Dk
6 or more caps in return = SEK 100, 10 Euro, 100 Dk

In order for us to approve your return, the following applies. The item must be in new condition with all stickers / labels / seals left on. You may try the item in peace and quiet at home but no labelling may be removed. The item must also be odourless and stain-free.

If a return does not meet the above criteria, we offer either to send the item back to you or a price reduction according to the terms of the Consumer Purchase Act. In cases where the item is returned, you as a customer will be charged for all return costs incurred. The sum is paid via Swish to Kepsmagasinet's company account 123 294 67 21 before the item is sent back to you. We try to be as accommodating as possible and want you to be satisfied with both your purchase and experience with us. However, if a dispute arises, you as a buyer always have the right to contact https://www.arn.se/. We always abide by their decision.

If the parcel is not collected, a fee of SEK 120, 12 Euro, 120 Dk will be added to cover the fees we are charged, that cost falls to you as a customer.

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Package offers - example ‘3 for 2’

If you have purchased several items in a package offer, for example ‘3 for 2’ and choose to return one or more items, you will lose your discount. You will then pay the full price for the item(s) you choose to keep.

Returns with Budbee

1. Fill in the return form that came with your delivery.
2. Package the item you want to return well, preferably in the same box it was delivered in. 3. Book your return - With Budbee, no return shipping note is required. Find your order in the app or in the tracking link in your text message from Budbee and click on ‘book return’ Choose which locker you want to leave the parcel in. Once the return is booked, you have two hours to leave the parcel in the locker using the code you received from Budbee.
4. Refund - When the return is received by us, we will notify you by email. Within 14 days at the latest and update / refund your order via Klarna / Swish.

Return with PostNord

1. Package the item you want to return well, preferably in the same box it was delivered in.
2. Register your return on MyReturns PostNord via the QR code in your return form that came with your delivery or via the link further down the page. Follow the instructions.
3. Refund - When the return is received by us, we will notify you by email. Within 14 days at the latest and update/refund your order via Klarna/Swish.
